Mix Bombanana with butter, water, and or a little bit of stock. Let come to the boil and set the sauce aside. Take whatever leftovers you have. Wrap it in a tortilla like a taquito. Make as many as you want to eat, and place them in a line. Cover the tortillas in cheese and the Bombanana enchilada sauce. Bake at 425 Fahrenheit for 5 minutes before broiling until the cheese bubbles and browns.
