Ingredients
5 Eggs
4 Strips of Bacon
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup Salted Pasta Water
4 Tablespoons of BOMBANANA Original
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions
Boil water, add salt
In separate bowl, whisk eggs, add parmesan, BOMBANANA. Combine mixture
In separate pan, cook diced bacon on medium heat until fully rendered and crispy. Strain excess oil, let cool, then add to egg mixture
Once pasta has been added to water, remove 1/2 cup of pasta water. Slowly mix in small quantities of water to egg mixture to avoid cooking/scrambling eggs
Drain pasta from water, add noodles back into bowl
Add egg mixture into pasta in small batches, stir regularly
Once egg mixture is fully combined with pasta, plate and enjoy!
